Text

The text widget holds rich text: headings, paragraphs, lists, emphasis. You edit on the canvas; the right panel controls typography and related options.

Text settings

Typical controls include:

• Font family, size, weight, italic.
• Line height, alignment, letter spacing.
• Text color, decoration, basic paragraph styling.
• Lists where supported.
• Variables for dynamic placeholders, depending on project setup.

Widget chrome (background, radius, stroke, effects, whole-widget link, animations) uses the same sections as other widgets.

Practice

Split copy into separate text widgets for easier grid alignment and independent motion across breakpoints.
